# How to buy YOU Tokens

Today, let us learn how to make a transaction to swap tokens in YouSwap.

**Step 1.** First things first — Connect your wallet

**Step 2.** Click on next to connect your wallet.

**Step 3.** Click on select a token to select the coins you would like to swap. We will select YOU token for this example.

**Step 5.** Click on Confirm Swap.

**Step 6.** Metamask would prompt you with a message and you can choose to adjust the gas fee if you like. Press Confirm to start the transaction.
